Great ski access and hearty meals
The location was perfect for ski enthusiasts, just a short walk from the slopes, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals that kept us satisfied throughout our stay. I particularly enjoyed the variety at dinner, even if the breakfast could've had more options. The room could have used a deeper clean as it felt a bit neglected in that regard.

Uludag vibes 🌄
Super lekker spot, really spacious room with unique decor-was like a proper adventure! Brekkie was a feast, and the vibe was just chill, perfect for our family getaway. Staff were nice and helped us settle in quickly.
The spa was closed, such a pity, but I guess that's the off-season for ya.

The room was huge and clean. The ski room was excellent, equipped with great gear and friendly instructors ready to help.
During the off-peak season, most activities were a no-go. The receptionist's lack of enthusiasm was a letdown, and breakfast was a tad uninspiring with a limited spread. Paying extra for an omelette? C'mon!

The spa services looked inviting, but unfortunately, they were closed .
The staff seemed indifferent, lacking warmth or friendliness. Maintenance issues were prevalent, with rooms not being well-kept. It was annoying to see debris left in public areas for hours, indicating a serious lack of attention to detail.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the Karkay and Beceren ski tracks, allowing guests quick access to skiing. The rooms are clean and cozy, with warm showers and comfortable bedding. The ski room is well-stocked with quality equipment and has qualified staff to assist with anything guests might need. The restaurant offers delicious meals, and the private a la carte restaurant is a nice touch for those seeking a more exclusive dining experience.
The breakfast lacks variety and quality, with some items not cooked properly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience at this hotel. The meals, especially dinner and dessert, were consistently delicious. The staff at meal times were friendly and well-coordinated. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right next to the lifts, was absolutely perfect.
There was one minor issue with a lack of toilet paper at times, but everything else was satisfactory.
